COVID-19 UPDATE: INFORMATION FOR NON-STAYING GUESTS – ACCESS TO RESORT FACILITIES
La Joya – Biu Biu Resort will be re-opening partially starting on May 15th 2020 from 11am to 7pm. To ensure our collective safety, we will be observing reduced operational hours and only be taking a limited number of guests with confirmed bookings/reservations. We will be adopting safe-distancing measures both at our pool area and restaurant. Our team members will also be wearing masks while serving you.
Our Restaurant Pool & Bar Opening Hours
- Friday to Sunday : 11am to 7pm
- Monday to Thursday : Closed
A limited number of people will be allowed to access the pool area and priority goes to our in-house guests. Therefore, for non-staying guests, please book your pool day pass in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our Spa services will re-open on Saturday, 23 May 2020
Our therapist has already been practicing a standard set of hygiene protocols and we have added extra precautions to ensure that guests health and safety is our top priority.

- Floating tray for you to enjoy your meal while you are in the pool
- Unlimited use of our Cliffside Open Bath* ( Available from 11am to 5pm. Additional charges applies for Open bath use from 5.30pm to 6.30pm)

The View Bali - Restaurant Access
FREE ACCESS
The View Bali, will be re-opening on 15th May 2020 and will be observing reduced operational hours (11am to 7pm). Guests are welcome to visit the restaurant from lunch to sunset time, however we will be taking a limited number of guests with confirmed reservations.
We will be adopting safe-distancing measures both at our pool area and restaurant. Our team members will also be wearing masks while serving you. The restaurant will also be offering a shorter food & beverage menu.
Minimum Spend Applies
